The Deputy Head of Operations of the Division of Preparation and Employment at the Ministry of Defense, Air Maj. Gen. Gerson Nogueira, spoke at a joint public audience held on Tuesday morning (April 24) together with the Senate and the House of Deputies to discuss security at major events.
